Agababian Medical Clinic, Inc. was founded in January of 2008.

The clinic is located at 6608 San Fernando Rd., Glendale, CA 91201.

We provide medical services to patients 5+ and older. As of today, we have provided medical services to more than 3000 patients.

We accept Medicare, PPO/private insurances such as Blue Shield, HealthNet, United Healthcare, and we are currently contracted with Regal Medical Group HMO.

Family PACT (Family Planning Program) is a big part of AMCI. The program provides comprehensive family planning services to eligible low-income California residents. Family PACT offers the following free services: physical exam for men and women, pap smear, colposcopy, pregnancy test, sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening, contraception methods (birth control pills, condoms, IUD placement) and urinary tract infection (UTI) management.

AMCI also offers medical examinations for people who are in the process of receiving permanent residency (Green Card) in the United States (Form I-693). AMCI also prepares medical certification for disability exceptions (Form N-648) for eligible patients.
